What areas do you deliver to?

All Sydney CBD and metropolitan areas.


Do you cater for Vegetarian, Vegan or Gluten Free?

We cater for Vegetarian only.
 

Do I need to provide you with advance notice when placing an order?

When placing an order 48 hours notice is required.


What if I need to cancel or postpone my order?

You will need to contact us 24 hours before the scheduled event in order to cancel the order.

How can I set up an account?

You can set up a corporate account with your first order by emailing your applicaton to corporate@platterworld.com.au

Do you accept Diners, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and most other major cards?

We accept payment via Paypal Australia and through direct debit only. Credit cards accepted through paypal. Payment through Paypal is fee free if paid via bank account. If paid by credit card a fee of 1.25% applies.


Can I set up a direct debit into your bank account?

Yes. Details will be provided.


Is there a delivery fee?

The delivery fee is $10.00 per order.

Are prices inclusive of G.S.T?

Yes.
